Chunky Christmas Cookies using a Brownie Box Mix
Chunky, chocolatey Christmas cookie that only LOOKS like you spend hours baking them.
- 1 bag brownie mix (dry ingredients only)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chunks or chips
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- sprinkles (if desired)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. While oven is preheating, mix all the dry ingredients in a mixer and then mix in the wet ingredients. Mix in the chocolate chunks/chips at the very end.

One Of The Best Cookie Making Tips You Will Ever Receive:
In case you missed it in the recipe instructions above, the secret to making chunky, fluffy cookies is all in the scoop!
Instead of scooping out ONE scoop and moving on, scoop out a second mound of dough and place it ON TOP of the first.
It should look like two scoops of ice cream. This will help the cookie stay chunky and pretty! Since you’re working with extra dough, be sure to leave at least 2″ around each cookie dough mound.
